The Rawson’s Retreat range of wines was affectionately named after its founder’s family cottage which he built in 1845, one year after he planted his first vineyard on the property.

Rawson’s Retreat Shiraz Cabernet is a friendly everyday wine. The nose features dark fruits, plum and a hint of oak. On the palate medium-plus bodied, acidity and soft tannins with a touch of sweetness.  

This South Australian shiraz cabernet is smooth in texture with nice acidity, pairing perfectly with meats.
