Yellow Tail Merlot is red wine from South Eastern Australia.  
Deep burgundy hue in the glass, Yellow Tail Merlot offers is soft, velvety, and smooth with blackberry on the nose,   a full bodied palette full of cherry, chocolate, vanilla and some sweet baking spices. Not too dry or acidic, Yellow Tail Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.
Best enjoyed with antipasto, good times and great friends!
